UK weather: Before high tide in Ardrossan, Ayrshire

High tides and strong winds are threatening further floods in parts of Scotland, following severe weather earlier this week.

A tidal surge is due along the west coast, and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency has issued dozens of flood warnings, but none of them are "severe".

An hour before high tide in Ardrossan, Laura Bicker explained how conditions were steadily worsening.
