Did this family survive 2013 on British-made goods?

As consumers we are often encouraged to try to shop locally, but people who want to buy British may find they struggle to buy some items unless they are imported - especially items such as batteries, printer ink and light bulbs.

It has proved a challenge for one family from Westerham in Kent. The Bradshaw family decided to set themselves the goal of only buying products made in Britain for the whole year.

Graham Satchell has been to to see how they got on.
