The papers: Monday's front pages

23 December 2013 Last updated at 00:41 GMT

Lucy Cavendish, from the Daily Telegraph, and Reuters investigative reporter Tom Bergin discuss the morning's papers for the BBC's News Channel.

They talk about immigration, and in particular, whether the government can do anything to limit numbers of people arriving from elsewhere in the European Union.

Also up for discussion is the Independent's lead story which concerns the removal of British citizenship from dual nationals who travel from the UK to fight in Syria.
