UK storm aftermath: Aerial footage after tidal surge

The Environment Agency is urging people to "remain vigilant" after a tidal surge hit the east coast of Britain.

The agency's spokesman, Peter Fox, said some parts of the North Sea had reached higher levels than the devastating floods of 1953.
