Tidal surge: Environment Agency urges floods vigilance

The Environment Agency is urging people to "remain vigilant" after thousands of homes were evacuated due to a tidal surge along the east coast of the UK.

Pete Fox says some areas have seen the "highest ever tidal level" and warned people not to enter flood water.
