Armistice Day marked across the UK

The 95th anniversary of the World War One armistice has been marked across the UK and abroad.

Ceremonies and a two-minute silence have taken place at military bases, public buildings and at the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas, Staffordshire.

At Ypres in Belgium, the Duke of Edinburgh laid a wreath in memory of the fallen.
