Sainsbury's threatens court over Tesco price comparison

The battle between two of Britain's biggest supermarkets is set to go to the High Court.

Sainsbury's says that its rival Tesco's "Price Promise" campaign is misleading customers because it doesn't compare exactly the same products.

Sainsbury's has already complained unsuccessfully to Advertising Standards Authority

Now the supermarket giant has announced it wants a judicial review.
