Storm in Plymouth: 'Worst has passed' - reporter

The south of England is waking up to the aftermath of the powerful overnight storm.

Winds of up to 75mph were recorded in Yeovil in Somerset.

Ferry crossings have been cancelled and up to 20 roads have been closed due to flooding.
