Saturated fats could help prevent heart disease

A cardiologist is disputing the idea that all saturated fats are unhealthy.

Dr Aseem Malhotra, a cardiology registrar at Croydon University Hospital, has written in the British Medical Journal that saturated fat from non-processed food might even help prevent heart problems.

John Maguire reports.
