Colonel who heckled Hammond explains his actions

The retired Army colonel who heckled Defence Secretary Philip Hammond during his conference speech has told the BBC why he acted the way he did.

Colonel Ian Brazier told the BBC that during Mr Hammond's speech, "it came to a point where I simply couldn't sit and listen to what I considered hypocrisy."
