Mark Duggan inquest hears of moments before shooting

The inquest into the shooting of Mark Duggan has heard that the police officer who fired the fatal shot believed he was acting in self-defence.

The officer had been following Duggan and had seen him pick up a gun.

Mark Duggan's death sparked days of rioting in England two years ago.
