Does public back strikes on Syria?

The British public is opposed to a missile strike against Syria by a rate of 2 to 1, according to research company YouGov.

YouGov president Peter Kellner said 50% of people are opposed to strikes, 25% in favour and the remaining 25% undecided.

Mr Kellner added that "practically nobody wants British troops to go in".
