Border staff 'not fingerprinting' illegal immigrants in France

UK border staff in France are failing to take the fingerprints of thousands of illegal immigrants caught trying to enter Britain according to inspectors.

It is thought the practice has been going on for four years.

Ministers have agreed to review the issue.
