Olympic anniversary: 'On track for fantastic legacy'

26 July 2013 Last updated at 16:48 BST

A year since the London 2012 Olympic Games opened, the anniversary is being marked by a series of sporting events in the Olympic Park.

As well as the sporting legacy, there were promises of economic redevelopment for the area surrounding the park, which itself is meant to provide 10,000 new jobs.

Dennis Hone, chief executive of the London Legacy Corporation, told the BBC's Dan Roan "everything's on track for a fantastic legacy".
