UK beaches left in terrible state by weekend visitors

The recent hot spell has seen thousands of people head for the beach but what they leave behind is causing quite a headache.

Staff at Brighton and Hove council claim they're currently cleaning up tonnes of rubbish every day.

The National Trust is also complaining saying one of its landmark beaches was left in a terrible state by weekend visitors.
