The BBC's Director General, Chairman and HR Director are to be questioned by the MPs on the Public Accounts Committee over severance packages given to senior managers.
The corporation has been criticised by the National Audit Office for paying £25m to 150 outgoing managers, saying it risked public trust.
New Director General, Lord Hall, has said the payments were from another era and that they would not continue.
