Prince Harry backs anti-landmine cause on US visit to Washington

Prince Harry has started his seven-day visit to the US by visiting an exhibition on Capitol Hill, Washington, highlighting the work of anti-landmine organisation, the Halo Trust.

The cause was embraced by his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, and the prince is patron of the trust's 25th anniversary appeal.

He was shown around the display by Senator John McCain.

Peter Hunt reports.
