Wife of Sgt Nightingale says he will plead not guilty
An SAS sniper, Danny Nightingale, who was jailed after pleading guilty to possessing a gun, had his conviction overturned at the Court of Appeal on Wednesday.
The appeal judges accepted that the advice he received created "improper pressure and narrowed his freedom of choice".
His wife Sally Nightingale told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire that Danny will plead not guilty at a retrial.
