Wintry weather causes disruption in Jersey and Channel Islands

Residents on the Channel Islands are bracing themselves for high winds and freezing temperatures as the wintry weather makes a return.

The Jersey Met Office has warned of blizzard conditions and said up to 4ins (10cm) of snow is expected to fall.

All flights have been suspended at Jersey Airport for the rest of Monday because of heavy snow.
