Food critic Matthew Fort sinks teeth into ready meal
Sales of ready meals have fallen 13% since it emerged that horsemeat and pork have been found in products like beef lasagne and beef ravioli.
But despite the reduction, consumers in the UK still buy more ready-made meals than any other major European country, spending around £2.6bn last year - double that of the French and six times more than in Spain.
