Poonam Bhattal: Principal pays tribute to 'high achieving student'
The principal of the academy attended by Poonam Bhattal who died while on a school ski trip to Italy has paid tribute to her and said she was a "very high achieving student".
Poonam Bhattal, 13, from Langley, Slough, was a pupil at Guru Nanak Sikh Academy in Hayes, west London.
Rajinder Singh Sandhu, of Guru Nanak Sikh Academy, said she had a great sense of humour and was on course to achieve straight As in her GCSEs.
