Louis Smith MBE: 'One of the proudest days of my life'
Stars of the Olympic and Paralympic Games were among those who received honours at Buckingham Palace.
Gymnast Louis Smith, from Peterborough, was awarded an MBE for winning a bronze medal in the men's team competition and a silver on the pommel horse, at last year's games.
Speaking to the BBC, Mr Smith explained that his entire experience had been an "absolute dream".
