Child fire deaths: Mick Philpott's mistress gives evidence

Help

The former mistress of a man accused of killing six of his children in a house fire has told a court how she and his wife spent alternate nights with him.

The prosecution allege that Mick Philpott and his wife Mairead started the fire to try to "set up" Mr Philpott's mistress who had recently moved out of the house with her five children.

The couple deny manslaughter.

Jon Brain reports.
