Cutting nursery staff a 'two-tier system'
The Department for Education's attempt to make nursery fees more affordable is being met with resistance from some childcare providers.
Kids Allowed Chief Executive, Jennie Johnson said, "We will end up with a two-tier system where the poorest children are going to get the poor quality childcare."
The DfE is expected to say it wants to bring down the cost of childcare by reducing the number of staff needed to look after a group of children.
