Heathrow passengers bed down as flights cancelled
British Airways has apologised to hundreds of passengers who spent hours stranded on planes at Heathrow airport because of the snow.
The airline said delays and changes to the schedule meant planes had to wait on the runway so they could take off as soon as they were allowed.
Travellers claimed Terminal Five was chaotic after more than 400 flights were cancelled at Heathrow.
Jerry Meng should have been on a flight from Heathrow to New York on Friday morning, but spent the night at Terminal 5.
