Man 'ashamed' to sleep in van to avoid heating his home

As snow falls across many parts of the UK, Save the Children said some families will not have the money to heat their homes.

Sub-zero temperatures are forecast and the Met Office is on "cold weather alert".

Owen, from Sussex, told BBC Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan that he is sleeping in his company's van because he cannot afford to heat his house.
