Mark Bridger said he was probably responsible for her death

A man has appeared in court over the abduction and murder of five year old April Jones.

Mark Bridger, 47, pleaded not guilty to her abduction and murder at Mold Crown Court this morning, although his lawyer said he was probably responsible for her death.

April went missing near her home in Powys last year. Her body has still not been found.

Hywel Griffith reports.
