Child benefit income cap criticised
Families with one parent earning more than £50,000 will no longer be eligible for full child benefit from Monday.
Journalist Angela Epstein has four children and a family income of more than £100,000.
She says she feels entitled to benefit, despite an income well over the new threshold.
She has now opted out of receiving child benefit ahead of the change, but she still calls it "a moral outrage".
