Jacintha Saldanha: Westminster Cathedral holds Mass

Help

The nurse who was found hanged days after answering a hoax call about the Duchess of Cambridge will be remembered at Westminster Cathedral later.

Jacintha Saldanha, 46, apparently killed herself in accommodation attached to King Edward VII hospital last week.

The hospital has said that senior managers tried to reassure Mrs Saldanha "on a number of occasions" that no blame was attached to her for putting the hoax call through to the duchess' ward.

Scott Ellis reports.
