Why are Swedish women healthier than the British?

The nights are long and the days are dark in winter but that does not stop Swedes getting out to take part in sporting activities.

Breakfast's Sally Nugent has been to Sweden to find out why women there are four times more likely to be physically active than their British counterparts.
