Global media at hospital where Duchess of Cambridge is staying

The Duchess of Cambridge, whose pregnancy was announced on Monday, is beginning a second day in hospital for treatment for pregnancy sickness.

The news has created headlines around the world and foreign news crews have descended on the hospital.
