Royal baby: High security at King Edward VII hospital

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting a baby. Members of both families, including the Queen and Prince Charles are said to be delighted.

St James's Palace made the announcement after Kate was admitted to hospital with acute morning sickness.

The Duke is with the Duchess at the King Edward VII hospital in central London.

Philippa Thomas reports from outside the hospital.
