North Norfolk council leader Keith Johnson 'shot wife then himself'

Police in Cromer have said they believe the leader of North Norfolk District Council killed his wife before turning the gun on himself.

The bodies of Keith and Andrea Johnson were found on a housing estate at Cromer on Sunday afternoon. They both had gunshot wounds.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Guy, from the Joint Norfolk and Suffolk Major Investigation Team, said it was an ''unusual'' crime for the area.
