Help

One in ten emergency calls to the police are classified as being related to domestic abuse.

Police in London have carried out a week-long campaign focusing on the issue, and have made more than 300 arrests.

Anna Larke was the girlfriend of the comedian Justin Lee Collins who was found guilty last month of harassing her and "causing fear of violence".

She said she felt ''ashamed'' and also feared that she would not be believed.
