Criticism over Entwistle pay-off
The BBC is facing a fresh wave of criticism after it decided to pay a year's salary to George Entwistle, as part of the terms of his resignation as director general.
He stepped down over his handling of a report by the Newsnight programme, which led to a former politician being wrongly implicated in child sex abuse allegations.
