Window cleaner working without ladder sparks safety concerns
A window cleaner has been filmed climbing along ledges on the third floor of a building in Bath - as he went about his work without any ladders or safety equipment.
The footage was posted on YouTube and the incident is now being investigated by health and safety authorities.
