How to join the 'energy revolution'
A scheme which has saved energy customers thousands of pounds in parts of Europe could hold the key to lowering prices in the UK.
Pioneered by Belgium and the Netherlands within the last few years, collective switching allows groups of customers to choose the best rate by changing tariff at the same time.
A pilot scheme was trialled here in Britain by Which? earlier this year, as Matthew Price reports from Bruges.
