Hit-and-runs: Cardiff police release CCTV
A 31-year-old man is being questioned on suspicion of murder after a woman died and 13 people were injured in a series of hit-and-runs in Cardiff.
The dead woman has been named locally as 32-year-old Karina Menzies.
Seven of the injured were children in several incidents in the city in a half hour period on Friday afternoon.
