Sports Personality of the Year award: Olympian debate
Details of this year's BBC Sports Personality of the Year have been announced.
The shortlist has been increased from ten to twelve, in recognition of the unprecedented success of British athletes at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.
Speaking on BBC Breakfast, Olympic bronze-winning swimmers Rebecca Adlington and Steve Parry talked about some of the possible contenders battling for the coveted title.
