Cannabis 'no worse than eating junk food', says report

Smoking cannabis is no worse than eating junk food or gambling, according to a new report by an independent panel of experts.

The UK Drug Policy Commission, which has been researching drug use for six years, believes people who grow a small number of cannabis plants should be treated leniently.
