Jimmy Savile 'assaulted boy aged 10 in Jersey children's home'
A lawfirm has received instructions regarding an alleged assault by Sir Jimmy Savile on a 10-year-old boy while he was in care at a children's home in Jersey.
Alan Collins, a lawyer for the firm Pannone, said the boy had been subjected to a serious sexual assault.
He told the BBC victims sometimes felt afraid to come forward for fear of not being believed or listened to.
