Drivers hit with large bills for minor motorway incidents
Drivers are being hit with large bills following minor incidents on motorways, according to a BBC investigation.
A number of commercial companies are contracted by the Highways Agency to clean up after accidents.
And more and more drivers say they are receiving hefty charges for work they know nothing about.
