Alzheimer's patients tracked with satellite technology
An east London borough is using satellite technology to help keep track of Alzheimer's patients.
Havering Council is giving those with the condition the On Track device - it transmits a GPS signal and straps onto the wrist.
That signal is tracked by a control centre and if someone goes missing it can be called, or the person's carer informed of where they are.
Angela Walker reports.
