Police gather to remember Fiona Bone and Nicola Hughes
Police in Greater Manchester have held a vigil in memory of two PCs who were shot dead in Mottram a week ago.
The officers walked from the police station in Hyde to the scene of the killings, where they held a minute's silence in memory of PC Fiona Bone and PC Nicola Hughes.
The Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, Sir Peter Fahy, spoke of the loss to the force of "two members of our family".
