Teacher urged to return with teenager Megan Stammers
Concerns about a maths teacher and his relationship with teenager Megan Stammers were already under investigation before they went missing together last Friday.
On Tuesday, police released images of Jeremy Forrest, 30, with Megan on board a ferry to France.
Megan's mother and stepfather made an emotional appeal for her to return home at a news conference on Monday.
East Sussex Police are urging Mr Forrest to "do the right thing" and make contact with them.
Ben Geoghegan reports.
