Giving children fast food is abuse, says councillor
An independent councillor in Lincolnshire has told Radio 5 liveBreakfast that child obesity is a "time bomb".
Speaking after figures were released showing one in three primary school children are classified as either overweight or obese in his county, Chris Brewis said giving children too much fast food is child abuse.
He added that is was a "form of cruelty".
