A turning point for tasteless football chants?
With Liverpool set to host Manchester United in the first game at Anfield since a new report on the Hillsborough disaster, both clubs have urged their fans to cease chanting about past tragedies.
The teams are fierce rivals on the pitch, but this has often spilled over into tasteless songs about Hillsborough and the Munich air disaster being heard on the terraces.
Richard Pedder, from Liverpool FC Supporters' Club and Liam Bradford, a Manchester United fan and broadcaster, spoke to BBC Breakfast about the issue.
Both said that they hoped the recent revelations about Hillsborough would mark a turning point for fans and that such behaviour would come to an end.
