Missing speed flyer: How we helped Dan Hunt

A British extreme sports enthusiast from London, who went missing in the Swiss Alps for three days, has been found alive thanks to a campaign using Facebook.

Dan Hunt was speed flying off a mountain on Saturday afternoon when he went missing.

Speed flying involves flying a small fabric wing down a steep slope at speeds of up to 75mph.

More than £16,000 was raised from a Facebook campaign after his insurance, which funded the initial search, ran out.

Speaking on Radio 5 live Drive, Kara De Los Reyes, who was behind the money raising efforts, and Tim Good, one of three people speed flying with Mr Hunt when he went missing, explained how they organised the search.
