French court bans publication of topless photos
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have won their legal battle to stop photographs of the Duchess sunbathing topless being published or distributed again within France.
A French court made the ruling on Tuesday morning and ordered the magazine to hand over all digital copies of the photos to the royal couple within the next 24 hours or face a daily fine of €10,000 (£8,000).
