Kate and William lawyers seek topless photos injunction
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are continuing their Diamond Jubilee tour in the Solomon Islands, as their lawyers appear in court in Paris to stop further publication of topless photos of the duchess.
The photographs have appeared in French magazine Closer and the Irish Daily Star. An Italian magazine also printed them on Monday.
St James' Palace says the royal couple want to press criminal charges against the photographer who took the images, as well as the magazine.
Nicholas Witchell reports.
